How to open a ticket?

To open a support ticket you can either:

  • send an email to support@innoqube.ro and explain in details your issue (attach any screenshots explaining the problem if necessary);
  • directly, by using https://support.innoqube.ro/open.php.

Your issue will be registered and a new support ticket will be open.
